This is the first rare tech armor that can be crafted, but it does require the Rare Tech Armor skill to equip. Equipping it gives a +10% bonus to all forms of Damage.
In Judgment, the elements armor is a rare tier III armor that Survivors can craft and use in combat.

- The Elements Armor, due to its permanent damage bonus, can be a very useful option for ranged damage dealers as well.
