Random event, can trigger multiple times per play through. Chance to trigger whenever a Task Force is away from base. If you chose to fight you immediately enter a tactical mission and must kill a number of demons, difficulty scaling with time.

Scripted event, can only trigger once per play through. Save your Survivor from the curse of the werewolf and complete the tactical mission and to receive one of the best pieces of equipment in the game.

Random event, can trigger multiple times per play through. Chance to trigger whenever a Task Force is away from base. Your task force is attacked by a group of Demons, immediately forcing you into a non optional tactical mission. Difficulty is based on the biome the task force is currently occupying.

Reward: Standard enemy loot drops

Failure: Dead task force

Assistance Required[]

Random event, can trigger multiple times per game. Chance to trigger anytime after a Task Force has introduced themselves to another settlement. Head to the [?] on the world map to enter a tactical mission, this will be located near to the named settlement . You must kill a number of demons, difficulty scaling with time in order to save the named Settlement from a demon attack.

Reward: Increased Relationship with named Settlement

Failure/Ignore: Decreased Relationship and heavily increased Trade cool down with named Settlement

Scouting Party[]

Random event, can trigger multiple times per game. Head to the [?] on the world map to enter a tactical mission. You must kill a number of demons, difficulty scaling with time. Successful completion lowers the Awareness Meter, helping delay base attacks.

Reward: Lowers Awareness Meter

Failure/Ignore: Raises Awareness Meter

The Black Box[]

Random event, can trigger multiple times per game. Gamble event, requires Scraps and Gunpowder, random reward can include Medicine and Surgeon Kit. Chance you get nothing except bottle caps, an Easter Egg reference to Fallout with no in game benefit.

Reward: Random items(or nothing!)
