Food is a basic need for all survivors, serving to refill the nutrition stat. Hungry survivors will quickly lose health. Food can be obtained from scavenging missions on the world map; however the vast majority will be produced by survivors, using farmed raw materials, at either the Food Table or Stove.

Nutrition Bonuses[]
Survivors that manage to maintain a balanced diet and eat multiple types of food will receive stat bonuses scaling with the number of foods eaten, up to a maximum of 5. These bonuses provide considerable advantages both economically and in combat.
